• If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you may be subject in being charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service. Refunds are not offered for appointment fees. I will not rebook your appointment until the fee has been paid. Sorry, it’s a boundary!

    I do have empathy with life happenings so please communicate. For last minute cancellations or tardiness of your appointment, please text 765-524-7019 as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. After that, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled out of respect for my time and my clients time.

  • We do not have a receptionist, please make yourself at home in our waiting area. One of my cute coworkers will greet you upon entering. Please help yourself to sparkling water, a beer, or anything you see at the bar area and I’ll be with you as soon as I can. Please arrive solo if possible. Travel buddies are cool! I just ask you be respectful of my work environment. My shop is small and it’s best for me to do my job one-on-one.

    Ruby’s Hair Co. is next to the flower shop, located at 1000 North Walnut Street Suite J. GPS can be finicky with our location so be sure to check it’s the right address. There is free parking in our shared lot and metered parking across the street next to Northside CVS. Please be aware of current construction zones and IU events to avoid tardiness.

    Please arrive with fully dried, detangled hair. 24-72 hours after your last wash is preferred. I kindly ask that the pony tails, buns, braids, headbands, clips, and hats are left at home. I do a combination of wet and dry haircutting techniques to pinpoint the perfect air dry. My goal is to sculpt your natural hair into the easiest reflection of yourself, you deserve that.
