If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you may be subject to being charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service. Refunds are not offered for appointment fees. I will not re-book your appointment until the fee has been paid. Sorry, it’s a boundary!

I do have empathy with life happenings so please communicate. For last minute cancellations or tardiness of your appointment, please text 765-524-7019 as soon as possible. There is a 15-minute grace period for tardiness. After that, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled out of respect for my time and my clients time.

Please arrive with fully dried, detangled hair. 24-72 hours after your last wash is preferred. I kindly ask that the pony tails, buns, braids, headbands, clips, and hats are left at home. I do a combination of wet and dry haircutting techniques to pinpoint the perfect air dry. My goal is to sculpt your natural hair into the easiest reflection of yourself, you deserve that.
