If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you may be subject in being charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service. Refunds are not offered for appointment fees. We will not rebook your appointment until the fee has been paid. Sorry, it’s a boundary!

We do have empathy with life happenings so please communicate. For last minute cancellations or tardiness of your appointment, please text/call your stylist as soon as you can. There is a 15-minute grace period for tardiness. After that, your appointment is subject to be rescheduled out of respect for our time and our clients time.

We do not have a receptionist, please make yourself at home in our waiting area. One of our cute co-workers will greet you upon entering. Please help yourself to sparkling water, a beer, or anything you see at the bar area and your stylist will be with you as soon as they can. Please arrive solo if possible. Travel buddies are cool! We just ask that you be respectful of our work environment. The shop is small and it is best for our stylists to do their jobs one-on-one.

Rose & Shear Hair Club is next to the tattoo shop, located at 220 N Rogers St.

Please arrive with fully dried, detangled hair. 24-72 hours after your last wash is preferred. We kindly ask that the pony tails, buns, braids, headbands, clips, and hats are left at home.
